If we are out of an item for any reason, you may choose the “EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE” option on the left hand side of their screen. This will allow you to enter your email and receive a notification when the item is back in stock.

Checkout

No. You may opt to checkout as a guest by simply forgoing the ‘login’ option at checkout.

Promo codes may be entered when finalizing your order. They are seen under the list of items in the first stage of checkout.

You may use any of the following major credit cards to issue payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Once an order has been completed and payment has been made, a screen confirming your order will appear. You can be assured that your payment was processed fully and correctly.

In order to cancel an order before it has shipped, send an email to customercare@jackvictor.com. An order which has already shipped will require the customer to go through out return process (see return policy).

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout once the shipping address is entered. All orders received Monday-Friday by 3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Returns

We accept returns of unaltered merchandise purchased at JackVictor.com up to 30 days from the shipping date. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.

If you placed the order:

1. Click here. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email received upon placing the order. Select "return items". Please, do not enter the order number found on your packing slip. 

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Select your return reason then click select “next”. Choose from our three return options, then “Confirm”.

3. This will generate a pre-addressed FedEx return label. Ensuring your package is properly sealed, drop it off at any FedEx location.

Once received, we'll verify the goods and then issue your refund. This usually takes 7 business days.

For gift exchanges:

Please contact customercare@jackvictor.com with the order number appearing on your packing slip. We will help you to initiate the exchange. Please note that gift orders are eligible for exchange only. 

Absolutely! We will happily exchange any unaltered item for a different size, color or style. In order to exchange an item, you must first initiate a return (see 'How can I return an item?'). You may specify the items you wish to replace your returns with in our return portal. Contact customercare@jackvictor.com for any questions.
