Receive Your Confirmation
Your order confirmation email will list qualifying items marked "Eligible for Basic Alterations at any Nordstrom location, free of charge" along with the item SKU.
Find a Nordstrom Store
Use the Nordstrom store locator or book an alterations appointment online at a location convenient to you. Bring your unworn garment with tags attached.
Show Your Confirmation
Present your order confirmation email (printed or digital) to a Nordstrom sales associate. They'll verify your purchase and arrange the alterations.

What Qualifies as a Basic Alteration
The following alterations are covered under this complimentary program and are performed by Nordstrom's in-store tailors at no additional cost.

Program Conditions
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following requirements before visiting a Nordstrom location.
Condition 01
Garment Condition
The garment must be unworn with all original tags attached. If tags have been removed, proof of dry-cleaning must be provided—such as dry-cleaning tags attached to the garment.
Condition 02
Time Limit: 45 Days
Items must be brought in for alteration within 45 days of the purchase date as shown on your order confirmation. Requests presented after this window will not be accepted under the complimentary program.
Condition 03
Proof of Purchase
Present your order confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device) to a Nordstrom sales associate. The SKU number of the qualifying item must be visible on the confirmation.
Condition 04
SKU Verification
The SKU number for each qualifying item is displayed in your order confirmation. Nordstrom associates will use this to verify eligibility. Please ensure the SKU is clearly visible when presenting your confirmation.

U.S. Orders Only
This benefit is available exclusively for orders shipped to U.S. addresses. International orders are not eligible for the Nordstrom alterations program at this time.

Full-Price Purchases Only
Only items purchased at full price qualify. Items bought during a promotion, at a reduced price, or marked as sale items in the order confirmation are excluded from this benefit.

Once a garment has been altered, it is no longer eligible for return to JackVictor.com. Please ensure you are satisfied with your size selection before proceeding with alterations. Standard return policy applies to unaltered items only.
45-Day Window from Purchase Date
Your 45-day alteration window begins on the date of your original purchase—not the delivery date. We recommend scheduling your Nordstrom appointment promptly after receiving your order to ensure you remain within the eligible period.
